Team Taipei won another gold at the 2022 IIHF Ice Hockey game and broke the record of IIHF. Taiwanese player, Hung-Li Chou, edged Mexico 5:4 overtime and helped the team to be promoted to Division II Group B. Taiwan was grouped into Group A with Kyrgyzstan, Mexico and Israel in the beginning, but our team scored Israel 6:5 overtime at the semifinal.

As a fan of ice hockey, this is such a great news for our nation; besides, team Mexico has been part of the IIHF since 1997 and topped in 2010, according to the article at ttps://www.iihf.com.

Glad to see so many young athletes joined the game and competed with each other, you have all done a great job for your own country. Cheers~
